How long till my order arrives?

Every effort will be made to ship out orders within the next 2-3 business days once the order and payment have been received followed by email confirmation. With the exception of custom orders.

All packages are shipped through Canada Post with $100 insurance and tracking number. Once shipped it is normally 1-3 business days travel in Canada.

If you are working with a very clear deadline please contact me at roarbyrex@gmail.com prior to completing your purchase to make arrangements.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

I want you to be truly happy with your purchase but if for some reason you are unsatisfied I will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact me by email at roarbyrex@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of sending back the returned item/s. The item/s must be in the same condition it was in when it left my hands or a return is not accepted. For sanitary reasons, any worn jewelry cannot be returned. A refund or exchange will be issued only after items are received.

Note:

I have done my best to photograph and describe each item as they are in real life, however, I cannot be held responsible for monitor resolutions. If you would like more photographs of any item before purchasing, I'd be more than happy to send you some-- just contact me!

Is the copper wire treated or sealed with something?

My copper work is left untreated as part of my attraction to copper comes from its ability to constantly change in colour and appearance. A second reason has to do with the number of people I have met who swear by the healing properties of wearing copper, a benefit you cannot receive if the metal has been treated and sealed.
